In addition to our martial arts programs, we also offer Yoga and PiYo ( Yoga + Pilates + Cardio). Both classes offer a great workout that are suitable for all experience levels, from beginner to advanced. Our classes are taught by qualified, and credentialed instructors.
PiYo classes currently run Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30.
Yoga classes currently run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-10:00.
